| B-F-P was set up in 2002, but the research that this organisation is based on began in 1999 after the Soho bombing.
In 1999 Jonathan J Joslin the director of B-F-P, after involvement in the Soho floral memorial of the Soho bombing he began a personal research project to uncover a truth behind a dangerous anomaly of social conditioning he had discovered within the LGBT communities social system, male practices within civil rights groups, and causes of social prejudice within general society against the LGBT community. His research processes were helped by the an education in a research paper design platform in producing and analysing data, set out by the The American Psychological Association in 2000. He had already began a self education project studying sociology, psychology, education reform, scientific principles of research, religion, politics and law from 1997.
In 2002 he not only found the answers he was looking for, he found more than he expected or wanted to find. Within socio-sex environment of the LGBT community social scene, he found a dangerously induced commercial and self-destructive conditioning that is unknown to most. Which he believes added an element to the core of the problem causing the oppression, and is contrary to many LGBT campaign groups beliefs on the issue of causes and effects to the oppression, and furthering equality. And apparently no one seems to have realised what it is exactly to deal with it.
His academic research findings that are not contained on this site, which are dangerously conclusive, and this personal research project had no longer become a personal exploration project to find answers, it was now a more important need to inform the LGBT community itself with this material.
He started investigating possibilities in combating this conditioning and in the beginning on 2002 he found one, and what he believes to be the only way; A complex strategic Social Reform Project on a very large scale, of which, will not be like any other project based on social reform.
The research process changed in another direction in June 2002, where he began an investigation into current laws and legislation passing through government on LGBT issues. Because of a Religious ministry dossier, written in California, that he stumbled across which was published on nearly every anti-gay religious organisation web site in the UK. This dossier contained a political strategy plan to implement classification into anti discrimination laws to create a legal mechanism equal to Section 28, to stop any education curiculums entering schools that would teach Homosexuality to children as normal and acceptable.
So by October 2002, he had drew up the plans for this reform project, and while the long process of developing this reform project continued, he set up an internet information centre to front it;
