Inherent Dignity
Inherent dignity in relation to human matters, means the naturally unchangeable and inherent characteristics from birth of an individual, people, minority or race of the human family. The basis of inherent dignity is an important characteristic when it comes to law and the protection from dehumanisation through discrimination, harassment and victimisation.
The Inherent dignity of human matters is the highest level of protection in any human rights laws as explained in any human rights law introduction and interpretation preamble. The reason for this is because whatever is inherent is permanent or from birth, anything else is acquired meaning a choice and an optional existence. Human protection human rights laws is in the following order: Inherent dignity / Religion / Other acquired and optional forms of living. Even though religion is acquired, it is held as a higher status of respect on acquired living than any other acquired form of living, which unfortunately leaves many minorities that are not recognised under human rights laws as an inherent dignity even when they are inherent, at a serious disadvantage for any state courts or global governments to dehumanise them from being accepted as equal to the rest of society, for example: The global LGBT community, through the prejudice belief that Homosexuality is a life choice to be that way. Unfortunately nearly all LGBT groups in the UK believe it is a life choice because these groups are being saturated and run by Bisexuals that believe they made a choice to be Homosexual.
That is not a discriminatory statement to any Bisexual reading this that is inherently connected to the same sex by 70 to 95%, which naturally pushes them to believe that they are a Homosexual. The Official Statutory Vocabulary Meaning
Inherent: 1, A permanent and unchangeable characteristic part or attribute of the whole that originating from the what created the whole (applicable to; a person, minority, race, or object or place)
Dignity: The Respect or honour of another (person, race, place) or of ones own self and others in the same position or status.
A violation of human inherent dignity means an act by any person, or people that hold the opposite beliefs to these meanings in relation to the victims they have violated.
